01、第六届阿斯利康中国生态圈大会举行

6th AstraZeneca China Ecosystem Annual Meeting held in WND

　　The 6th AstraZeneca China Ecosystem Annual Meeting and 30th Anniversary of AstraZeneca China, significant part of the 2023 Taihu Bay Life and Health Future Conference, were held in WND on May 19. 

　　The participants had the chance to discuss the current issues in the industry and share their ideas on how to tackle them. Moreover, on the same day, the second phase of Wuxi International Life Science Innovation Campus (I·Campus) was completed and put into use, and the third phase was launched.

　　5月19日，作为2023太湖湾生命健康未来大会的重要组成部分，第六届阿斯利康中国生态圈大会暨阿斯利康中国30周年活动举行，携手各方伙伴，就行业热门话题开展交流对话。当天，无锡国际生命科学创新园区二期竣工投用、三期启动。

02、第六届全球锡商大会举行

6th Global Wuxi Business Conference held

　　The Wuxi Branch of the 3rd Jiangsu Development Summit and the 6th Global Wuxi Business Conference took place in Wuxi on May 21. 

　　The gathering drew in an impressive crowd of over 400 individuals from home and abroad, including merchants, academicians, experts and scholars, and representatives of outstanding enterprises, who engaged in fruitful discussions on methods to encourage growth and teamwork for advancement. As a result of the event, 16 new projects were signed into effect, which garnered a substantial investment of 25.84 billion yuan ($3.67 billion). 

　　5月21日，第三届江苏发展大会无锡行暨第六届全球锡商大会隆重举行。海内外乡贤锡商、院士专家学者、优秀企业代表等共计400余人共聚无锡，同看锡城发展变化，共话合作建设新篇。会议上，共有16个项目签约落地，总投资额达258.42亿元。

03、大型交响音乐会在高新区开启

Symphony concert brings world's classics to WND

　　From May 25 to 28, the opera troupe of China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater and the Jiangsu Symphony Orchestra are teaming up to host four nights of spectacular symphony concerts in WND. 

　　Audiences can expect to be mesmerized by performances featuring talented opera singers, violinists, and pianists from France, Italy, and Austria, as well as Chinese vocal performers and musicians.

　　5月25日至28日，中国歌剧舞剧院歌剧团、江苏交响乐团在高新区开启为期四天的大型交响音乐会。来自法国、意大利、奥地利等国家的歌剧演员、小提琴演奏家、钢琴演奏家将和中国的歌唱演员、演奏家等为观众呈现一场场品质非凡的交响音乐会。

04、高新区（新吴区）第八届运动会来啦！

8th WND Sports Meeting to be held in Bodu River Park

　　The 8th WND Sports Meeting is coming! Sports events of dragon boat, kayak, and paddle board competitions and an e-sports-themed camping carnival will be held in Bodu River Park on June 10. Let’s enjoy the early summer in the park by sweating and partying. 

　　Registration deadline for dragon boat, kayak, and paddle board competitions: 17:00, May 31, Beijing time.

　　“凤飞高新，乐动新吴”高新区（新吴区）第八届运动会来啦！6月10日，龙舟、皮划艇、桨板大赛和电竞露营嘉年华等活动将在伯渎河公园举行。这个初夏，让我们共聚伯渎河公园，用汗水和微笑点亮人生中最闪亮的瞬间！
