01、2023吴文化旅游季启幕

2023 Wu Culture Tourism Season kicks off

　　The launching ceremony for the 2023 Wu Culture Tourism Season was held in WND’s Hongshan Wu Culture Square on Apr 9.

　　During the event, Hongshan Taibo Cultural Area was named an international culture communication base for overseas Chinese, and the exclusive educational route of "Traveling in Hongshan" was officially released. In addition, the Jiangnan Cultural Market attracted a large number of visitors.

　　4月9日，“吴韵鸿山 灿烂江南”——2023吴文化旅游季启动仪式在鸿山吴文化广场举行。活动现场，鸿山泰伯文化区获“中国华侨国际文化交流基地”授牌，“乐游鸿山”研学旅专属旅游线路正式发布。此外，江南文化乐游市集也吸引了大量游客驻足游览。

02、全省首个“昆虫多样性监测研究科普基地”在高新区揭牌

Province’s first Insect Diversity Monitoring and Science Popularization Base unveiled in WND

　　The first “Insect Diversity Monitoring and Science Popularization Base” in Jiangsu province was officially unveiled at the Daxigang Wetland Park in WND.

　　The base was jointly built by the Ecology and Nature Conservation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry and Daxigang Wetland Park. Conducting surveys and monitoring insect species are the foundation of biodiversity research and conservation, helping promote environmental protection. 

　　近日，全省首个“昆虫多样性监测研究科普基地”在大溪港湿地公园正式揭牌。“昆虫多样性监测研究科普基地”由中国林业科学研究院森林生态环境与自然保护研究所与大溪港湿地公园携手共建。开展昆虫种类调查和监测是生物多样性研究和保护的基础，对促进生态环境保护具有重要意义。

03、中国物联网新物种企业无锡创新合作交流会举行

Wuxi Innovation Cooperation Exchange Conference of China’s New-type IoT Enterprises held in WND

　　The Wuxi Innovation Cooperation Exchange Conference of China’s New-type Internet of Things Enterprises was held in WND on Apr 7. Forty such enterprises from all over the country participated in the event to discuss the future of the IoT industry.

　　During the meeting, representatives of more than 10 new-type companies made speeches and introduced their core businesses, competitive advantages and cooperation intentions with the district.

　　4月7日，中国物联网新物种企业无锡创新合作交流会在高新区举行。来自全国各地的40家新物种企业齐聚无锡高新区，共话物联网产业新未来。会上，10余家新物种企业代表依次交流发言，介绍公司核心业务、竞争优势以及与高新区的合作意向。

05、一口青团，尝尽新安的春天

Taste green rice balls in Xin’an neighborhood

　　It's time to eat green rice balls again in WND! The dish is made with glutinous rice, which is dyed green using fresh wheat grass juice, and stuffed with sweet red bean and sesame pastes. It’s a traditional delicacy that shouldn’t be missed in Xin’an neighborhood in spring!
