01、外籍粉丝走进新吴

Expats experience local culture in WND

　　An onsite activity for foreign fans on Jiangsu’s overseas social media accounts, titled “Go Jiangsu, Dynamic Wuxi”, was held in Wuxi from Mar 18 to 19. 

　　Eleven expats from the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Panama, Morocco and Kazakhstan visited Bodu River Sports Park, Erhu Industrial Park in Meicun neighborhood and Hongshan Site Museum in WND to experience the vibrant environment, natural beauty, rich history and culture in the area. 

　　3月18日至19日，“Go Jiangsu—悦动无锡”美好江苏海外社交媒体外籍粉丝线下行活动在无锡举行。来自美国、英国、俄罗斯、巴拿马、摩洛哥、哈萨克斯坦等国家的11位外籍友人先后参观打卡了新吴区伯渎河体育公园、梅村二胡产业园以及鸿山遗址博物馆，切身感受这座活力之城的生态美景、历史底蕴与独特人文。

02、总投资10亿元重大项目落户中欧产业创新区

Major project worth 1b yuan to be built in China - Europe Industrial Innovation Zone

　　The signing ceremony for the Guotai Junan Microwave Components and Millimeter Wave Microsystem Production Base Project was held in WND on Mar 18.

　　The base will be built in the China-Europe Industrial Innovation Zone in WND by Guangdong Guotai Junan Technology Development Co Ltd. Its products and technologies can be expanded and applied to general fields such as 5G communication base stations, vehicle-mounted driverless radars, and commercial satellite link systems. The project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($145.34 million), is expected to reach 2 billion yuan sales after put into full operation.

　　3月18日，国泰军安微波组件和毫米波微系统生产基地项目签约仪式在无锡高新区举行。该项目由广东国泰军安科技发展有限公司投资建设，落户中欧产业创新区，产品及技术可拓展应用至5G通信基站、车载无人驾驶雷达、商业卫星链路系统等通用领域，项目总投资10亿元人民币，正式达产运营后销售额将达20亿元人民币。

03、鸿山产业发展迈出坚实步伐

Hongshan’s industrial development receives boost

　　The Hongshan Tourist Resort (Hongshan Neighborhood) held a centralized signing ceremony for major projects and a commencement ceremony for the Vaillant R&D and production base on Mar 21. 

　　Ten major projects were signed into effect during the event, with a total investment of over 8 billion yuan ($1.17 billion), covering biomedicine, high-end manufacturing and other leading industries. After they reach their maximum production capacity, annual sales are expected to increase to over 11 billion yuan and tax revenue to increase to 1.1 billion yuan.

　　Total investment in the Vaillant R&D and production base project is 1.04 billion yuan. The first phase of the project is expected to achieve annual sales of about 1.5 billion yuan, tax revenue of about 60 million yuan, and an annual output of 1.5 million wall-mounted gas heating equipment and parts.

　　3月21日，鸿山旅游度假区（鸿山街道）举办重大项目集中签约仪式暨德国威能研发生产基地开工典礼。活动集中签约了总投资超80亿元的10个重大项目，涵盖了鸿山生物医药、高端制造等主导产业方向，全部达产后，将带动年销售超110亿元，税收11亿元。

　　德国威能研发生产基地项目总投资10.4亿元，本次开工的项目一期达产后将实现年销售约15亿元、税收约6000万元，年产150万台壁挂燃气供热设备及零部件。

04、高新区东裕智能制造产业园综合节地模式入选省十大典型

Dongyu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park’s land-saving model wins provincial honor

　　The province’s top 10 land-saving models or technologies in 2023 were recently released. WND’s Dongyu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park’s “low-efficiency revitalization, three-dimensional development and mixed utilization” comprehensive land-saving model was among the list.

　　The park, formerly a village-level industrial park, has transformed from a low-efficiency park into a new industrial park integrating production, scientific research, offices, dormitories and business. It is a model for the transformation of low-efficiency industrial land in the district.

　　近日，省2023年度节地模式（技术）十大先进典型案例公布。无锡高新区东裕智能制造产业园“低效盘活+立体开发+混合利用”综合节地模式成功入选十大典型！

　　东裕智能制造产业园地块前身为村级工业园，从低效用地摇身一变成为集生产、科研、办公、宿舍、商业为一体的新型产业园区，是高新区工业低效用地华丽蜕变的典型。
