01、海尔曼太通集团海外最大生产制造基地落户高新区

HellermannTyton’s largest overseas manufacturing base to be built in WND

　　The signing ceremony for the HellermannTyton Automotive Parts Manufacturing Base and Asia Pacific R&D Center was held in WND on Mar 6. The project will increase the annual output value of HellermannTyton’s Wuxi company to 3 billion yuan ($434.41 million), and it will become the group's largest overseas manufacturing base focusing on both R&D and production.

　　HellermanTyton Group is a well-known brand supplier of global cable harness management solutions, and its products and production technology are at the global cutting-edge. HellermanTyton (Wuxi) Electrical Accessories Co Ltd was established in the Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park in WND in 1997.

　　3月6日，海尔曼太通汽车零部件制造基地暨亚太区研发中心项目签约仪式在无锡高新区举行。项目建成后，海尔曼太通无锡公司年产值将达到30亿元，并成为集研发、生产于一体的海尔曼太通集团海外最大生产制造基地。

　　海尔曼太通集团是全球电缆线束管理方案的知名品牌供应商，产品及生产技术在行业内处于全球领先位置。海尔曼太通（无锡）电器配件有限公司于1997年在高新区星洲工业园成立。

02、2023无菌药品制造研讨会在高新区举行

2023 Sterile Drug Manufacturing Workshop held in WND

　　The 2023 Sterile Drug Manufacturing Workshop was held in WND on Mar 7, and in-depth discussions were held on topics such as sterile drug processing equipment and technological breakthroughs, as well as sterile drug quality and efficacy improvement.

　　The workshop was aimed at senior managers of the production and quality of sterile drug manufacturers, and attracted more than 200 people in the industry. Through keynote speeches and roundtable discussions, participants discussed various possible solutions and reached consensus on related issues.

　　3月7日，2023无菌药品制造研讨会在高新区举行，围绕无菌药品工艺设备和技术创新突破、无菌药品质量和疗效提升等话题展开深入研讨。

　　本次研讨会面向无菌药品生产企业生产和质量的高级管理人员，吸引了200多名业内人士。与会人员以主题演讲、圆桌讨论等形式，研讨各种可行的解决方案，并就相关问题达成共识。

03、“洋雷锋”唐磊架起跨文化沟通的桥梁

Canadian expat builds bridges between cultures 

　　Peter Stanleigh from Canada has been devoted to public service in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province since arriving in 2001.

　　While volunteering at his local English corner every week, he said “I'm building a bridge that's connecting thought, that's getting people to understand that we might look different, but we're all the same”. 

　　自2001年定居无锡以来，Peter Stanleigh就一直投身于无锡的社会公益事业中，并在无锡开设免费英语角，和爱好英语的人们交流。他说：“我想要架起一座沟通的桥梁，我们可能外表各异，但是我们都有一颗相同的热爱交流的心。”

 

04、孙华芹：加强人才培养，助力产业高质量发展

Sun Huaqin: Cultivating more technical talent to boost high-quality development

　　Sun Huaqin is a producing director at SK Hynix Semiconductor (China) Ltd in WND and a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. "I expect the country to cultivate more technical professionals to boost the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry," she said during the ongoing two sessions in Beijing.

　　As the hub of China's integrated circuit industry, Wuxi has formed a complete IC industrial cluster covering research, manufacturing, package testing, design, application and services. SK Hynix has become one of the foreign-funded enterprises in Jiangsu with the largest investment, most advanced technology and most rapid development.

　　全国人大代表、SK海力士生产管理主管孙华芹在全国两会上发出了铿锵有力的声音，她期望能够加强关键核心技术人才培养，助力产业高质量发展。

　　无锡作为集成电路产业高地，形成了覆盖研发、制造、封测、设计、装备、应用和服务等完整的产业集群。SK海力士如今已成为江苏省单体投资规模最大、技术水平最高、发展速度最快的外商投资企业。

Spring in full swing in WND

　　Mar 6 marks Awakening of Insects, the 3rd solar term of the 24 traditional Chinese solar terms. The Awakening of Insects means the weather is getting warmer, with flowers blooming and leafbuds sprouting, and everything is full of vitality in WND.

　　“春雷响，万物长”，惊蛰时节，春气萌动，大自然有了新的活力。百花争艳草木萌动、百鸟齐鸣春意闹，一幅生机盎然的早春画卷，正铺满天地之间。
